About Us

Hi there! I’m Monica Arora , a passionate and experienced maths tutor with over 15 years of teaching children privately. My specialisation in mathematics has allowed me to help students develop a solid understanding of the subject, boost their confidence, and achieve their academic goals. Whether it’s improving basic skills, tackling challenging topics, or preparing for exams, I provide tailored, one-on-one support that meets the individual needs of each student.

In addition to my private tutoring experience, I’ve worked as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in UK schools since 2011, gaining in-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum. This experience enables me to offer effective, curriculum-based support across a wide range of topics and age groups. I’m also very familiar with the specific requirements for students preparing for key exams, including the 11+.

I take great pride in having helped my own two children pass the 11+ exam and secure places at a prestigious grammar school. This personal success has given me valuable insight into the exam process, and I can offer expert guidance on 11+ preparation, as well as general academic support in Maths and beyond.

My teaching style is patient, flexible, and focused on creating a positive, motivating environment where students feel empowered to succeed. I believe every child has the potential to excel, and with the right encouragement and support, they can achieve great things.
